AccademiaVino online wine and spirits courses are designed for anyone who wants to study wine and spirits seriously, but with the convenience of joining lessons from home. They are ideal if you do not live near one of our venues, if evening classes are difficult to attend, or if you simply prefer to avoid travelling without giving up a complete and engaging learning experience.
All you need is an internet connection and a computer. You can also join from a tablet or smartphone, directly through your browser, with no special software required.

The Hybrid Classroom Model
Many of our live online wine and spirits courses are delivered in a hybrid format: some students attend in person, while online participants join the same lesson in real time.
This is not passive video streaming. Thanks to two-way audio and video, you can ask questions, take part in the discussion and interact directly with both the tutor and the other students. To make this possible, the number of online participants is limited.
MignonVino Technology
Tasting is at the heart of our online wine and spirits courses. That is why we developed MignonVino, our exclusive system for sending tasting samples while preserving the character and quality of each product.
During the lesson, you taste the same samples being poured in the classroom, using the professional tasting glasses included in your kit. This allows you to assess colour, aromas, flavours and structure together with the tutor and the rest of the class.
Five Simple Steps into the World of Wine
Choose the online wine or spirits course that suits you best on accademiavino.com. A few days before the start of the course, you receive your tasting kit at home, including MignonVino wine or spirits samples and 6 professional tasting glasses. You also receive the link to enter the virtual classroom by email. Then you join the live lesson, taste the samples, and learn together with the tutor and the class.
Shipping
Tasting kits are usually shipped in the 10 days before the start of the course, by tracked express courier, with delivery scheduled in good time for the first lesson.
Shipping is free within Italy. You can also attend our online wine and spirits courses from other European and non-European countries; in that case, shipping costs are calculated according to destination.
